Baking calms my spirit!

I've been baking since I was a child. When I was five years old my mom purchased an easy bake oven for me. At age ten, my mom upgraded me to a KitchenAid mixer. My love for baking is in my soul. I can remember visiting my great grandmother in Alabama and watching her mix a cake by holding the bowl under her arm, without the use of a mixer. I can also remember my grandmother and my aunts in the kitchen making homemade chocolates and cakes.
Baking is something that calms my spirit. I enjoy seeing the expression on a persons face after they have taken a bite of Something Sweet I've baked.

We are a bakery where cakes are baked for the soul. We work with local suppliers to source the freshest and most authentic ingredients, and use old-fashioned techniques to ensure the highest quality. We offer many different flavors of pound and butter cakes. Our goal is to remind you of home, of the cakes your grandmother use to bake.
Providing the best tasting experience
Our first priority is to make desserts that will keep you coming back. If there is a dessert you want that is not on our menu please let us know. We also enjoy mixing flavors and combining spirits with our cakes.
